For terrorism-related protected information that may be accessed or shared through the ISE, has the organization documented its process for handling individuals' complaints and objections with regard to information received, maintained, disclosed, or disseminated by the organization. Is the organization's ISE Privacy Officer or designee or other individual responsible for handling complaints. Is a record kept of complaints and requests for corrections. Best Practice: organizations are encouraged to make the complaint procedure applicable to all information and intelligence held by the organization that is exempt from disclosure and correction procedures, in which case it would not be necessary to address Section K.2 (see Note for Section K.2)?
