Submission of DPIA and Supporting Information During Consultation
When consulting the supervisory authority pursuant to Article 36(1), the data controller must provide the supervisory authority with the required documentation, including, where applicable: the respective responsibilities of the data controller and any data processors involved; the purposes and means of the intended processing; the measures and safeguards proposed; and contact details of the data protection officer or other contact point.
